Shipping Disclaimer
Your order will normally ship 7-14 business days after being placed through our website. Please note that although our website may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. These shipping time frames are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates. Delivery times vary due to many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory, and more. Please be patient and we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available.
Next Day Shipping
Some products on our website are listed as "Next Day Shipping". For those select products, your product will be fulfilled next day but will be shipped at Ground Speed. Please understand that Next Day Shipping means we will ship out the product next day but this does NOT mean you will receive it next day.
Incorrect Addresses
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address at checkout. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
Return to Sender orders
If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will reach out to you by email. You will have 30 days to respond to the email or reach out to us about your missing package. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days from our first email sent to you, your order will be automatically void.
